Our mission is to bring quality coffee to every cup. As coffee is grown and processed all over the world, Yellow Spruce Roasters is dedicated to bringing you the highest quality coffee possible. Founded and operated by retired Veterans and local police officers, we understand the value of community.
Our Coffee Shops
Yellow Spruce Roasters & Wine Bar, located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, offers freshly roasted coffee, tea, and gelato, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere. We recently opened our second location in the Scottsdale Civic Center Library cafe space, where visitors can enjoy all of our classic beverage options, along with a few exclusive offerings unique to the location.
The Bar
Our bar, located right next door to our coffee shop, invites you to unwind in a relaxing atmosphere. Indulge in one of our famous espresso martinis, the highlight of our menu, or savor a glass of local Arizona wine or craft beer. Alongside these, we offer all our classic coffee drinks, including exclusive signature creations available only on our bar side.
